To be sure, the massive numbers of tweets that are being posted using the "#sxsw" tag is making it more difficult for those using Twitter to find specific information than was the case at SXSWi 2007 or SXSWi 2008. But the reality is, if you're part of the conference this year, it feels very much like you simply cannot do anything, go anywhere, talk to anyone, see any panel or have a meal without Twitter having played a role.

The just 140 characters can tell so many things...and its really effective, and what impact it has on others can be considered as efficiency. Hope you get many followers and be one of the top...<br>Cheers !

Thanks for picking up on my tweets. This week I've been trying to do a lot more than I usually would just to keep my efficiency up. Irregardless of how effective you are, efficiency is the big value on which you can measure your performance. It's a great productive boost just to test your efficiency from time to time.

The second (and, if you ask me, best) way to enjoy your time off is to focus on what you’re doing. This may sound dumb, but you’ve gotten so good at focusing on the task at hand while building a web app or digging a ditch - why can’t you apply that skill to playing catch with your kids or having a nice stiff drink with your spouse?
