Site Update - Recent Silence Explained

I wanted to drop a quick one to keep everybody informed as to the dramatic (well, ok, maybe “noticeable” is a better word) drop-off in posts here. Due to a looming deadline, all of my time has been occupied with my job - 14+ hour days, weekends, the whole nine.

Trying to find time to rest and be with my family has been tough, which means that time for blogging has evaporated entirely (for the time being). I’m going to try to get something written tonight, but I can’t make any promises :)

Just know that I haven’t forgotten about good old CW and I’ll be back in the saddle in a few days, at the latest. Thanks for understanding!

    Interestingly enough, I use blogging to unwind =0P
    I don’t have any family here, so it’s a little different for me; but after a long day at the office (in front of a computer), I like to go home, print out a dozen articles, and sit in my comfy chair with a cup of coffe (or sometimes a hot bath with a cup of wine) and a highlighter for a couple of hours.
    Occassionally, I actually find something worth writing about, so I’ll jump onto the computer and write something up.

    Also, your blog is a great argument in favor of rss/subscriptions/feeds. If I still checked blogs manually, I would’ve never come here again, but since I have one page that shows headlines from all of my subscriptions I can just glance over and see that you’ve updated!
    I hope to see another post from you soon!

    Also, congratulations on not sacrificing post quality in order to keep pumping out updates!
