Since starting this little blog about 7 months ago, I’ve learned quite a bit about what makes a good blog (and what doesn’t). My reader base has grown a great deal lately, something I’m thrilled to death about.
Now, I’m looking to take this thing to the next level – which is where you come in. Here’s the deal:
You review this blog (on your own blog), and one of you will be chosen randomly (by a program that I’ll be writing) as the big winner. The winner will get $50 US via PayPal (and a big wet “thank you” post on this blog). It’s that simple.
Sound good? Let’s get started.
Here are the rules:
- Blog post must be at least 200 words in length
- Blog post must link/trackback to this post, as well as link to the front page
- Only one post per blog, please
- Contest will run until there have been 30 reviews or until August 1, 2007 – whichever comes last
Once your post is up, please fire me an email letting me know (and include the URL of the post), just so I don’t miss any of them.
And, folks, I’m looking for honest, BS-free evaluations here. Do you like the writing? How about the layout? Post-frequency? My opinions on GTD as stated here? Any/all of these criteria (as well as anything else you can come up with) are what I’m interested in. Or perhaps you’d like for me to write more on a specific topic? That works, too. Maybe you think this blog is a huge steaming pile and wouldn’t read it on a bet? As long as your post follows the above rules, I welcome your opinion.
Oh, and positive feedback will not give you a better shot at winning any more than negative feedback will give you a lesser chance. I’m asking for honesty here, and I’m not afraid of getting it. Believe me when I say that the winner will be chosen at random.
The goal here is to make this site better and more useful. Good luck, everyone…
