I found this code snippet and a graphic a little while ago, because it's important to share the love.

Check it out!

I have no idea what any of that means, but I'm definitely not feeling the love. No free tote bags? Come on, Brett, let's step it up!

That is very commendable. I personally think that Big G is not really giving much weight to comment links anyway. I have a "nofollow" identifier turned on so I can see which places on the web give up some link love and which don't. I personally think that Google or any other SE shouldn't be trying to dictate how links are attributed. I was floored recently when I saw that a company selling link comparison/analysis software was "nofollow/noindexing" the links to the companies featured on their testimonials. That was a pretty crappy thanks for a testimonial. Found you through Life Hacker

Come on, you couldn't get the tote bags in time? Not even a cheap pen?

Congrats on joining the No NoFollow crowd. I've seen a surge in comments on my blog, since publicizing my NoFollow removal. I hope it helps spark your conversations as well.

While you're tweaking things, how about a "subscribe to comments" plugin? I hate doing a comment-and-run. :)
