Looking for a web-based GTD tool that offers a simple, easy to use interface without any fluff? Check out SimpleGTD for just that.
Stumbled across this site while perusing del.icio.us this afternoon, and gave it a quick look. Thanks to the ready-made demo user, I was able to play with it right away without creating an account. Here are my thoughts…
This seems to have been designed with the tactical aspect of GTD in mind, as it doesn’t really have any facilities for tracking projects. It deals only with next actions and contexts, but it does so very easily and elegantly. The interface is largely powered by ajax-y javascript goodness, so many of the operations happen without any page reloading or anything.
I also like the way it moves completed tasks to the ‘Done Actions’ tab, so you can easily go back and mark them as not done (and they magically appear in your next action list again).
So, if BackPack is too hefty for you, check this baby out!

Interresting! Very minimalist, which can be a very good thing!
All it needs now to become useful is a Projects category!
SimpleGTD will always have a minimalist interface. And soon all the aspects of GTD such as in basket, projects, and deferred action will be implemented, without cluttering the interface, of course
Thank you for noticing SimpleGTD
Reading your blog post makes me a very happy man today

Pascal Venier: The way I am using projects for now is by creating one more context at the bottom called projects, and voila!!, solves my problem for now, till projects get officially integrated
Good news!!! Projects are now part of Simple GTD so go ahead and start GTDing.
Great. I love the simplicity.
I have just started to understand the concept . I will use it with my patients. BYW how does it work with Outlook?
