Digital GTDers - Scrybe is Coming, Your Thoughts?

Scrybe

Being a paper and pen type of guy, I’m not sure how much use I’ll have for something like this, but I know Scrybe is a hotly anticipated product, especially among the GTD community. However, I’m on their beta mailing list thingie and was notified yesterday that they’re making great strides and putting together a very promising app.

Are any of you folks already planning a potential switch (knowing what we do about the product capabilities, etc.)? I must say that I’m intrigued by what I’ve seen so far. If nothing else, it looks like it could be a serious contender for the big gun calendar apps (Google Calendar springs to mind).

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, and should I be one of the lucky few to get an invite to test the beta, I’ll surely share my thoughts (and anything else I’m able to without violating any NDA’s). Stay tuned…

I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but while waiting I’ve fallen in love with ThinkingRock. They’re planning to launch version within the next few weeks. It’s free, cross-platform, and stores all data as XML making it easy to either email the file between work and home or transfer it using a memory stick.
