For about ten years I did what you do--and considered myself a coffee purist. Then one day I got tired of all the labor involved and went out and bought a can of Folgers. Yes, I've slipped back into barbarism perhaps proving once again that (coffee) ignorance is bliss. But keep writing posts like this.
